What the recipient sees

The recipient opens the transfer link in a browser, enters the password if one was set, previews supported files when enabled, and downloads without creating an account.

Good to know

A few things that matter

How long will it take?

Your upload speed matters most. A 50 GB file takes about 5.5 hours at 20 Mbps or about 1.1 hours at 100 Mbps, before overhead.

Check the link

For an important send, open the finished link in a private window. Check the file list, password, and expiry date.

Keep the original

Do not delete your copy until the recipient says the files open correctly.
