A few things that matter

The file is not an attachment

The email contains a link. The file is downloaded from TransferSize, so normal attachment limits do not apply.

Recipient limits

Free supports up to three email recipients per transfer. Paid plans support up to ten.

Tell people what to expect

For an important send, message the recipient so they know which email and title to look for.
