Copyright and DMCA notices

Use the secure form on this page to identify the protected work and the exact TransferSize location. Complete notices enter a private review queue and receive a reference code.
01

What a takedown notice needs

Identify the copyrighted work, each exact TransferSize location, your contact details, your authority to act, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement made under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

02

Counter-notices

If material was removed through mistake or misidentification, choose counter-notice in the form. Identify the removed material and its prior location, explain the mistake, provide the required contact and jurisdictional consent, and sign the submission.

03

What happens after submission

TransferSize may ask for missing information, restrict access while reviewing a claim, forward the notice or counter-notice to the affected user, preserve relevant records, restore material when legally appropriate, and restrict repeat or serious infringement.

04

Be exact and truthful

A filename, search term, or broad allegation is not enough. Knowingly material misrepresentations can create liability. The form is for copyright claims; send other legal reports to support@transfersize.com with the exact location and legal basis.

05

Alternative submission

If the form is inaccessible, email the same required information to support@transfersize.com with subject “DMCA notice” or “DMCA counter-notice.” This page describes the process and is not legal advice.
